Shipping Policy

Shipping and Return:


We can ship to virtually any address in Pakistan. All of our shipping options include tracking and shipping within 24 hours except for pre-order items which can take more business days to dispatch.

Damage to Contact Lenses:

When ordering from Majestic Lenses, you are confirming that you are fully aware of how to care for soft contact lenses and have consulted your eye care specialist. If lenses are damaged due to incorrect lens care, Majestic Lenses will not be held responsible.

Return Policy:

We do not refund, replace or exchange lenses if the customer has opened the product casing. We refund, replace or exchange only unopened products.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is because we work around the clock to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

Our Guarantee:

We guarantee that all of our contact lenses are shipped free of any manufacturer defects and will be sealed and packaged in sterile vials and boxes.

All contact lenses are shipped factory sealed and free of any defects. They will not have any damage prior to opening.

Make sure to thoroughly check and inspect the lenses from the glass vial prior to opening to identify any damage or tears as they can be seen immediately.

Once you have opened the seal, we will not be responsible for any damage that results thereafter.

Refused/Unclaimed Packages:

For packages that are not received or not collected within 7 days, we cannot issue a refund unless the package returns back to us.

Colour of Contacts May look Different:

The colour of contact lenses may look different in reality because your natural eye colour and skin tone determines how the lenses will look on you. Also, your screen settings can also affect how colours look on the screen
